A Note from Catholic Exchange

I am so grateful to you as a faithful reader of Catholic Exchange. I may not know you personally, but one thing I do know is that you love your Catholic faith, and you’re appreciative of the inspiring articles we bring on a daily basis so that you may continue to grow in it.

Like me, I know you are grateful for all our stories of the saints, old and new…for pathways to growth in prayer…for in-depth reflections on the Scriptures…for practical tools to share the Faith with those you love…and for articles that bring peace and serenity amidst the distractions and noise of secular and social media.

All this we offer each day on Catholic Exchange – the very best in insightful Catholic writing, serving as a guidebook to everyday holiness. And the world needs holiness!

In my first year as editor of CE I have grown to love the apostolate. I am continually impressed by our authors – from their vast knowledge of Church history, to their commitment to evangelization, to their vulnerable sharing of personal stories. I am humbled by the support and engagement of our readership and have enjoyed getting to know many of you through insightful comments or emails to the editor. Most of all, I love that we can offer our online magazine at no charge to readers, so that you can read and share this uplifting content freely with family and friends without paywalls or barriers.

However, it does cost money to produce Catholic Exchange, and that’s why I am reaching out today. We need to raise about $60,000 right now, at the end of the year, so that we can continue making our unique and faith-filled content available into 2023.

We don’t have big advertisers to pay the bills. We have you, our faithful reader, with your kind heart and a desire to bring the light of Christ wherever you go, wherever He is needed. And we’re reaching a lot of people – close to a half-million followers on Facebook alone. We do it all on a very small budget that covers staffing, web hosting, phones, author stipends, and other incidental business costs.
