The Catholic Charities Diocese of San Diego (CCDSD) is seeking a dynamic Chief Advancement Officer (CAO) to serve as a key member of Catholic Charities Diocese of San Diego’s executive leadership team, providing vision and strategic direction for all advancement functions. Reporting directly to the CEO, the CAO will oversee fundraising, communications, marketing, branding and parish engagement to ensure the organization’s long-term sustainability and mission impact.
